How to order your foreign currency
1. Contact Us
Reach out to our friendly team to check the latest currency exchange rates and confirm we have your required currency in stock. You can send us an email, call us, or visit any of our branches.
2. Verify your ID
As part of our compliance process, you’ll need to provide a valid ID and complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) form. This should only take a few minutes
3. Choose Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer, EFT, or cash. For orders under $2,000 AUD, you can pay at the time of pick-up. For orders over $2,000 AUD, payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or by dropping off cash before we can process your order.
4. Pick Up Currency
Once payment is confirmed, your foreign currency will be ready for collection. Some orders may be available instantly, while others may take 1–2 business days if we need to order the currency in.
